Our reponsible sourcing program starts with our raw materials and extends to our products’ end of life. It aims to holistically and systematically integrate sustainability into procurement and product development, increasing supply chain traceability and enhancing product transparency.<\/p>\n

Our Business Partner Code of Conduct<\/a> is the foundation of our responsible sourcing program. Our business partners, including suppliers, are required to adhere to the code of conduct, which was developed with key stakeholders and is regularly reviewed to ensure it continues to reflect our core value to Do the Right Thing. It is grounded in international standards and best practices, including the International Labor Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact. The code of conduct details our expectations related to human rights, labor standards, environmental management, health and safety, and ethical business practices as well as adherence to our human rights commitment. Our responsible sourcing program is led by our chief sustainability officer with support from our chief procurement officer and business units, and advisement from our executive leadership. It is implemented through our sustainability and procurement organizations. The board of directors also reviews and discusses sustainability topics regularly — including progress toward meeting our specific sustainability goals — and oversees risks, opportunities and strategy related to sustainability issues that are priorities for our business, such as sustainable supply chain management, climate stewardship and product safety.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
